Taking care of you and your family is our honor, and your continuing health and wellness is our priority.

All services at our Henry Ford Medical Centers - Bruce Township are moving to one or more nearby locations to better serve you and your family’s needs.

We are doing our best to keep you and all our patients informed of how these changes impact you and your family members.

For now, we want you to know that:

• Our commitment to providing the best medical care to you and your family is unwavering and remains our number one priority.
• You will continue your care with your doctor at a new location, or you may switch to another Henry Ford provider or location that is more convenient for you.
• Lab, imaging and pharmacy services will remain readily available at several nearby Henry Ford locations.
• With our MyChart electronic medical record system, your information will follow you seamlessly to your provider’s new location or any Henry Ford site you select for care.
• Your care will not change. You will continue to receive outstanding care from your doctor at a new location.
• We are here to support you and make this transition as smooth and easy as possible.
