Chelsea N Fortin, MD

Biography:

Chelsea Fortin, MD is a double board-certified OBGYN and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility physician. Dr. Fortin received her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. She then completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Cleveland Clinic and fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Michigan. Currently, she serves as the IVF Medical Director for the Henry Ford Health Center for Reproductive Medicine. Her research on ovarian reserve and optimizing assisted reproductive technology outcomes has been published in peer reviewed journals and presented at national conferences.

Clinically, she cares for patients with various reproductive issues including infertility, primary ovarian insufficiency, fertility preservation, and recurrent pregnancy loss. She also has a special interest in polycystic ovary syndrome. She offers a range of fertility treatments including ovulation induction, in vitro fertilization, sperm donation, and preimplantation genetic testing. Dr. Fortin is committed to partnering with her patients to create a personalized treatment plan and ultimately achieve their family building goals.
