Care Philosophy

I believe that it is extremely important to work collaboratively with my patients, their families, as well as other providers to make sure that my patients get the best care possible.

At the end of day, my mission is simple: to improve the quality of life for the children I treat.

To do so, I place a strong emphasis on educating my patients and their families. I’ve found that patients do best when they understand their diagnoses and their associated treatment plans. Whether that means drawing pictures on the treatment table for patients or spending an extra ten minutes to explain the difference between Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, communication is key on my team.
