Alexa S. Jager, NP, is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner providing primary care for infants, children and adolescents. She completed pediatric primary care nurse practitioner education at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2025 and is certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board as a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care.

Alexa provides pediatric care through Henry Ford Cornerstone Pediatrics and the Henry Ford Children's Center. Her role includes preventive care, routine well visits, growth and development monitoring, immunizations and evaluation of common childhood health concerns. She has hospital privileges at Henry Ford St. John Hospital.
