About Me
Biographical Statement
I chose Family Medicine because I have always been drawn to the unique privilege of caring for individuals throughout every stage of life. Whether supporting newborns, adults, or older generations, I deeply value the continuity and connection that come from caring for entire families—often over many years and across multiple generations. Building lasting relationships with my patients and accompanying them through life’s milestones remains one of the most meaningful aspects of my work.
For more than 30 years, I have provided care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, allowing me to deliver comprehensive and coordinated treatment. I place a strong emphasis on preventive care and lifestyle modification, guided by the belief that achievable, consistent changes can profoundly influence long term health. I also strive to lead by example, living the healthy habits I encourage in others.
At the heart of medicine, I believe, is human connection. I enjoy sharing stories about my family, my dogs, and my travels, as these conversations often help foster trust and enrich the physician–patient relationship. It is a true honor to serve my community and to care for families over time, supporting them in living healthier and more fulfilling lives.
