Biographical Statement

I am a certified family nurse practitioner since 2018. I have experience in labor and delivery as well as the emergency department as an RN. I now work in pain management as a provider. I enjoy pain management because I am able to help patients understand how to manage chronic pain and also provide options on how to control their pain. I've learned a lot about pain management over the years that I have practiced with my colleagues and continue to learn. In our clinic we offer a multidisciplinary approach to help patients with their pain. Realizing that realistic expectations for our patients may not be making them pain free but helping them continue to stay active and have the ability to do everyday functions, with some pain relief, is my ultimate goal. I believe my colleagues and I go above and beyond to educate our patients and use shared decision making to come up with realistic goals.
