Kimberly D Moore, MD

Biographical Statement

Dr. Moore has always found the most rewarding part of being an OB/GYN is to build the relationships she builds with her patients. From a young woman coming in for her first gynecologic visit to a patient navigating pregnancy, midlife changes, or menopause, she enjoys being there for women during some of the most important transitions of their lives. What Dr. Moore loves most about her specialty is that no two days, and no two patients are exactly alike. She enjoys getting to know the person behind medical history, listening to what matters most, and working together to find a plan that feels right for them. Dr. Moore earned her undergraduate degree from Xavier University of Louisiana and her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan. Dr. Moore considers it a privilege to earn her patient's trust and assist them in their medical care, while continuing to grow as a physician herself. She especially enjoys hands on nature of obstetrics and gynecology, whether performing office procedures, delivering babies, or operating in the surgical setting. She also finds fulfillment in working with upcoming physicians, sharing knowledge and experience while learning from them in return. Medicine is constantly evolving, and Dr. Moore values the opportunity to stay current with medical advances, techniques, and procedures.
