Care Philosophy
"I believe that every person should have access to someone who can listen in a non judgmental manner and help them learn about themselves and their patterns. My goal is to help people recognize their ability to make the changes necessary to help them live their best life. I will provide a safe space for people to be vulnerable and honest in order to help them benefit as much as possible from our work together. "
