She was great!

She was friendly, concerned, made me comfortable.

Dr. Stein was very informative, and conducted my annual exam for melanoma with concern for my mobility.

The provider was in a hurry with little time to evaluate my condition or provide me with explanation as to what the problem was or why she was giving me a prescription. She didn't listen. She also seemed bothered by the fact I didn't know what caused the condition. This was the reason I was in her office. She also seemed offended that I was given an appointment that day when someone cancelled. She indicated to make an appointment for a biopsis if cream did not work. I am not clear why. Her exam was 3 feet away from leg issue, and a picture taken. She did not come close to condition, only asked if it itched. When I asked if I should have gone to my regular physician, not to dermatology, she did not answer. When I asked if this internal body issue or something external, like poison ivy she only said it was not poison ivy. I can understand she just didn't know but was not helpful in explaining anything. As this was the 2nd time I experienced this condition I wanted to know what caused it so I could avoid it.
