The Journal It Out sessions will help guide you through journal prompts that are designed to inspire you, to reduce anxiety, to deepen self-awareness, and to have fun. Journaling has so many benefits for our mental health and creativity, but sometimes it’s difficult to get started.
The Journal It Out sessions are a way for you to receive gentle encouragement, and unique journal prompts to help create a fun and rewarding self-care routine.
Each session will be a new journal prompt for you to try, you are welcome to join one or all the sessions.
