Blended Birthing Class - Genesys

We are excited to provide you with this alternative to families that are not able to attend a full childbirth class. You will use the "Understanding Birth" web app to learn at home prior to your in-person class. The InJoy app includes engaging videos, 3D animations, helpful web links, downloadable PDFs, and a Parent's Toolbox loaded with interactive tools. It is yours to keep and share with your support team!

• Relaxation
• Breathing techniques
• Labor Coping skills
• Medical interventions
• Newborns
• Postpartum Care

Class notes:

• Please wear loose, comfortable clothing for in-person class.
• Feel free to bring some snacks and drinks to the class.

Once you register, you will receive instructions on how to log in to the InJoy app and complete your assignments (allow 5-7 days to receive email). Please allow at least 2 hours to complete the assignments prior to your in-person class. Then, you will attend the in-person session on the date you selected at Henry Ford Genesys Hospital. The class will meet at the Ground floor - Auditorium.
