We’ve recently adopted a new dyad model, bringing together Registered Nurses and Social Workers, yet allowing each professional to function at their highest level of expertise. This opportunity offers patient interaction, diverse daily experiences, and the chance to be creative and make a lasting impact. The weekend commitment is minimal, and we allow remote weekends and holidays after 6 months of training. Plus, our Case Management team reports up to the CNO – a unique structure that you’re unlikely to find elsewhere.
