Cooking Vegan
Learn how easy and fun Vegan comfort meals can be! When done correctly, they can be flavorful and enjoyable to eat. This class will show you how to make use of plant-based substitutions for some animal-based products in recipes. In the class you will learn how to make: Vegan Corn Chowder, Mediterranean Potato Salad, Vegan Bao Buns sand Vegan Brownies; just to name a few. Students will be able to taste all the items.
The event will be held in the Demonstration Kitchen at Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital.
