How to Navigate Healthy Eating during the Holidays Demonstration

In this demonstration the students will learn to navigate their diet while attending holiday parties. Tips, tricks and recipes will be used to help the students make better food choices. You will learn to prepare a few healthy appetizers to bring to the party and know you can eat it! Students will be able to taste all items.

The event will be held in the Demonstration Kitchen at Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital.
