Matter of Balance

A Free 8-week fall prevention program. During the course of the 8 weeks you will learn to view falls as controllable, set goals for increasing activity, make changes to reduce fall risks at home and exercise to increase strength and balance.

You must register for this 8-week class, which meets every Thursday.
