Nutrition for Seniors series at OPC

Please join us for a nutrition class series for seniors 50+ at the OPC.

Classes will meet on November 2, 9 & 16th, 9:30-10:30 a.m. in the Henry Ford Wellness Center at the OPC.

The topics will include:

• Nutrition 101 for older adults
• Shopping and Meal Planning
• Nutrition and Health.

Class size is limited, so register early. Class fee is $30 per person for all 3 classes and includes a free kitchen scale or cookbook upon completion of the program.
