Genesys Hospital Fall Stroke Screening Events

In partnership with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and Oakland University nursing students, Henry Ford Genesys Hospital is hosting free stroke screenings from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 23 and Saturday, Oct. 3 at the Genesys Health Club.

• Stroke risk factor scores
• Modifiable risk factor counseling
• Stroke recognition education
• PCP referrals as needed
