Beaded Projects and Jewelry Making

Relax and enjoy making jewelry that is your own personal creation in a fun and supported environment using jewelry grade beads. The instructor, Marilyn Higgins, will introduce a project or you can work on a previous project of your own.

The first class will be focused on making beaded earrings with an emphasis on basic wire shaping. The second class will be focused on making beaded necklaces learning how to attach clasps and using chains in a chain design. The third class will be focused on making beaded bracelets whilst learning wiring skills, shaping and other simple jewelry specific techniques. At the end of all 3 sessions, you will have a complete set.

A little basic knowledge about beading would be beneficial, however, this is not necessary. The instructor will demonstrate, and support as required. ALL experiences are welcome. ALL tools and materials are provided. Register early to avoid disappointment. Class size is limited to 6.

Donations for materials are highly recommended.
