Summer Athletic Performance Programs - Speed and Agility Class

Summer Sports Program Group StretchingAre you looking for a way to keep your high school student after this summer? Look no further than our Summer Athletic Performance Programs!

We are excited to announce our summer training sessions designed to build foundational strength, explosive power, and elite speed. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the basics or an intermediate athlete aiming to refine your technique, we have a program for you. 

Unlock your potential on the field or court with our specialized speed program. These sessions utilize a mix of sprint drills, cone work, and plyometrics to maximize performance.

2 Days Per Week | 2–6 Athletes Per Session

  • Focus Areas: Acceleration, maximum velocity, and rapid change of direction.
  • Session 1: June 2 – July 2 (8 Sessions), Tuesday/Thursday 2 PM – 3 PM
  • Session 2: July 9 – August 4 (8 Sessions), Tuesday/Thursday 2 PM – 3 PM

Full session - $280

Drop-in Rate (must still preregister) - $40
