Summer Athletic Performance Programs - Weightlifting Intermediate Class (Snatch, Clean, & Jerk)

We are excited to announce our summer training sessions designed to build foundational strength, explosive power, and elite speed. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the basics or an intermediate athlete aiming to refine your technique, we have a program for you. 

Intermediate Level

3 Days Per Week | 12 Sessions Total 

  • Focus Areas: Refine technique while progressing load and volume. Training focuses on transferring weight-room strength into explosive, sport-specific power.
  • Session 1: June 2 - July 2, Monday, Wednesday, Friday 2 PM – 3 PM
  • Session 2: July 9 - August 11, Monday, Wednesday, Friday 2 PM – 3 PM

Full session - $420

Drop-in Rate (must still preregister) - $40
