Fall Walk and Talk Series
We invite you to join the Van Elslander Cancer Team for our Fall Walk and Talk series in partnership with the Edsel and Eleanor Ford House. The series will provide an opportunity for you to connect with other cancer survivors and walk the grounds. Each walk will be facilitated by a rotating team of a physical therapist, dietitian, social worker and healing arts therapist.
