Wellness Wednesday - Henry Ford Macomb

Henry Ford Macomb Hospital will host its popular Wellness Wednesdays program, offering the community free weekly exercise classes every Wednesday at 9 a.m. from May 27 to Aug. 26. Each fitness class will be held at The Mall at Partridge Creek’s Center Court area, located at 17420 Hall Road in Clinton Township.

Participants will enjoy 45-minute classes, beginning with seven weeks of Latin dance cardio (May 27 to July 8) and ending with seven weeks of yoga (July 15 to Aug. 26). There is no preregistration required to join a class.
