Join this cooking demonstration as Henry Ford West Bloomfield chef Shawn Davis shows how to elevate your holiday meal with a festive, elegant alternative to the traditional turkey. Learn how to prepare grilled lamb chops with a pineapple bourbon glaze, green apple cornbread dressing, and sautéed garlic green beans.
This is a hands-on cooking demonstration.
Participants will taste recipes and take home samples cooked in class.
