Cooking Class: Smokehouse Meats & BBQ Sauces

Fire up your appetite for a flavorful exploration of classic smokehouse favorites. This month’s class will feature grilled pork loin, smoked brisket, and grilled chicken with horseradish slaw, paired with an assortment of homemade BBQ sauces - including tangy Carolina, rich Kansas City, and sweet, savory Memphis-style varieties.

This is a hands-on cooking demonstration.

Participants will taste recipes and take home samples cooked in class.
