Experience the vibrant flavors of the Caribbean as Henry Ford West Bloomfield chef Shawn Davis demonstrates how to prepare Jerk Chicken, Coconut Rasta Rice, and a quick Rum Cake Trifle.

This is a hands-on cooking demonstration.

Participants will taste recipes and take home samples cooked in class.
