Cooking Class: Making Soup with Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital Chef
Join this cooking demonstration as Henry Ford West Bloomfield chef Shawn Davis shows how to make three types of soup. This is a hands-on cooking demonstration. Participants will take home samples cooked in class.
A vegetarian option - yellow lentil soup - will be featured. Plant-based diets have been shown to be the most ideal for optimum health.
We heard from our wonderful community members and are pleased to offer this cooking class. We will continue to offer classes based on demand.
