Clinical Rotations

Our clinical rotations are divided over the four-year program as follows:

PGY 1
4 months of Primary Care
2 months of Neurology
4 months of Inpatient Psychiatry
2 months of Consultation and Liaison Psychiatry
PGY 2
2 months of Consultation and Liaison Psychiatry
2 months of Inpatient Psychiatry
2 months of Inpatient Psychiatry Night Float
2 months of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (IPD & OPD)
1 month of Emergency Psychiatry
1 month of DBT/ECT
1 month of Addiction Psychiatry (Chemical Dependency-CD)
1 month of Geriatric Psychiatry with a Neuropsychology experience
 
PGY 3
12 months of outpatient Psychiatry with Community Psychiatry, Sports Psychiatry, Tele-Psychiatry and Integrated Dermatopsychiatry experiences.
PGY 4
1 month of Forensic Psychiatry
1 month of Behavioral Neurology
1 month of Emergency Psychiatry
1 month of Hospice and Palliative Medicine
4 months mixture of supervisory rotations in Inpatient and Consultation and Liaison Psychiatry
4 months of Electives
Elective options: Addiction Psychiatry, Bariatric Surgery, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Consultation and Liaison Psychiatry, DBT/ECT, Emergency Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, Inpatient Psychiatry, Neuropsychology, Outpatient Psychiatry, Research, Sleep Medicine, Transplant Surgery and Women’ Mental Health
