Psychiatry Resident Curriculum

bh3 sm

The psychiatric training program at Henry Ford provides an integrated environment where osteopathic and allopathic physicians learn together. We participate in the NRMP match, and encourage all physicians to apply for Residency Training through the NRMP. All graduates are Board eligible through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and are well prepared for Fellowship Training and practice alike.

Our residents work collaboratively with staff psychiatrists and teams in a variety of outpatient and hospital sites. The spectrum of patients we see, and the breadth of site types ensures that residents have a unique opportunity for exposure.
