COVID-19 Media Briefing with Dr. Adnan Munkarah

In Henry Ford Health System's latest COVID-19 media briefing, Adnan Munkarah, M.D., Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer, discusses the health system's response to increasing COVID-19 cases, including updated figures about the number of hospitalizations and testing. He also stresses the importance of mask wearing, social distancing and hand hygiene and their effectiveness in reducing the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Additionally, Dr. Munkarah talks about Henry Ford's recruitment effort of volunteers for Janssen's ENSEMBLE adenovirus COVID-19 vaccine trial and the new monoclonal antibody therapy approved for treating active COVID-19 in non-hospitalized patients.
