Biographical Statement

As a Podiatric Surgeon, I have the privilege of helping patients improve their quality of life, reduce deformities and return to sport or work pain free.  My approach with treatment is to utilize both surgical and non-surgical treatments to reduce symptoms and pain.  I feel that healthy feet are essential to a healthy patient.  I discuss skin conditions, bone deformities, aches and pain and any other concerns with my patients to heal current pathology and prevent others that may occur in the future.  Having an active and healthy mindset is something I'm passionate about.  I am a former collegiate athlete who lives the lifestyle I promote to my patients.  I want my patients to feel encouraged to make living healthy and pain free a priority. 

I grew up in Jackson Michigan and feel very fortunate to provide care to the community that means so much to me and my family. I have specialized training in bunion correction, ankle pain, flat foot correction and heel pain.  I have the pleasure of treating patients of all ages including children and geriatrics.  Creating an open dialog with my patients about how I can help to reduce pain and provide effective treatments with minimal downtime is something I enjoy.
