About Me
Biographical Statement
As a neurologist I have the privilege of taking care of patients suffering from a wide array of neurological disorders. My goal is to improve the quality of life of my patients. I also believe it is important to provide comfort and support to their loved ones. Proper communication and guidance are very important to me. At the hospital, I form part of a multidisciplinary team of doctors and nurses who take care of patients with acute neurological issues (e.g., stroke, seizures, MS attacks, Guillain-Barré syndrome, myasthenia gravis, among others). I have specialized training in Epilepsy and therefore I can interpret electroencephalograms and manage patients with intractable epilepsy using a Vagus nerve stimulator.
