About Me
Biographical Statement
Dr. Soheil El-Azzouni is a neurologist specializing in neuromuscular medicine and electrodiagnostic medicine. His clinical interests include peripheral neuropathy, amyloid-related neuropathy, neuromuscular junction disorders, myopathies, motor neuron disorders, and other neuromuscular conditions. He has a particular interest in neuromuscular ultrasound and its integration with electrodiagnostic testing in the evaluation of peripheral nerve and neuromuscular disorders. He recently helped introduce neuromuscular ultrasound into clinical practice and became the first credentialed neuromuscular ultrasonographer within the Neuromuscular Division at Henry Ford Health. Dr. El-Azzouni provides both in-person and telemedicine care in Michigan.
