Biographical Statement:

Being a pediatrician is truly the most rewarding. I get to teach, diagnose, treat and help grow the future leaders of the world. There is a big push on preventing rather than treating medical problems, like obesity, diabetes and high blood pressure, and starting with the child is the key. While I am proficient in taking care of all pediatric sick and well visits, I also have a special interest in newborns, NICU graduates and asthma/eczema/allergies. Visiting the doctor is often stressful for children and it is in my nature to help put them at ease and make the visit less scary.

Dr. Marisa Elias is approved as a licensed telemedicine provider in both the states of Michigan and Florida.
