Alexandria C Glenn, MD

Biographical Statement

Dr. Alexandria Conley Glenn joined Henry Ford Hospital as a staff surgeon in 2023. Dr. Glenn received her Bachelor of Science, with honors, from Wayne State University and her Medical Degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Glenn completed her General Surgery Residency at St. John Hospital in Detroit and subsequently completed the Colon and Rectal Surgery Fellowship at the University of South Florida in Tampa. Since completion of her training, she has been in practice in several hospitals in southeast Michigan. She is board certified in General and Colorectal Surgery.

In addition to all general aspects of colon and rectal surgery, Dr. Glenn has interests in advanced minimally invasive colon and rectal surgery. Dr. Glenn will see patients at Henry Ford Medical Center - Fairlane and Henry Ford Medical Center – Columbus. She will be performing her major surgeries at Henry Ford Hospital and Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital. Dr. Glenn will also be an active member of the National Accreditation Program for Rectal Cancer at the Henry Ford Cancer Institute – Detroit.

Dr. Glenn is interested in studying quality of life outcomes in colorectal cancer patients.
