Biographical Statement
Dr. Alan J. Silverman is a board-certified cardiologist with extensive experience in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of cardiovascular disease. He provides comprehensive cardiac care for patients with a wide range of heart and vascular conditions, helping patients manage complex cardiovascular issues while promoting long-term heart health through evidence-based care.
Dr. Silverman earned his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Beaumont Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan, where he developed expertise in the management of acute and chronic medical conditions. He then completed a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Wayne State University, receiving advanced training in the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease.
Throughout his career, Dr. Silverman has been committed to delivering patient-centered cardiovascular care and partnering with patients to reduce risk factors, improve outcomes and enhance quality of life. He works closely with primary care physicians and specialists to provide coordinated care tailored to each patient's unique needs.
