Allison M Tripi, DO

Biographical Statement

Dr. Tripi received her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She did all of her rotations and pediatric training in Detroit.  

Dr. Tripi pursued her residency at Authority Health in Detroit, with all inpatient rotations conducted at the Children's Hospital of Michigan. She is passionate about promoting children's health through encouraging physical activity and proper nutrition, and has a special interest in supporting children who have experienced trauma or who are managing behavioral health challenges.

I want to help build up the physical, mental and emotional health of all my patients through thorough and holistic trauma-informed care that empowers patients and families.

Research Interests

My past clinical research and grant-funded projects have been regarding community health and trauma-informed care at the clinic level, and helping create a trauma-informed care resident training curriculum.
