Biographical Statement
Dr. Parikh joined Henry Ford in 2018 after 12 years at Washington University School of Medicine, where he was an Associate Professor of Radiation Oncology and Biomedical Engineering with tenure. He leads the MR guided radiation program; and has treated more patients with this technology than anyone in the country. He completed the largest prospective trial with radiation in pancreatic cancer using this technology. He continues to research methods to reduce the length of treatment - often to 1 week or less.

Care Philosophy
As someone who had surgery, chemotherapy and radiation for cancer myself; I try to minimize both the toxicity as well as the time cancer treatment takes.
