We are excited to announce our summer training sessions designed to build foundational strength, explosive power, and elite speed. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the basics or an intermediate athlete aiming to refine your technique, we have a program for you.
Girls High School Lifting Program
2 Days Per Week | 10 Sessions Total
This instructional course is designed specifically for high school girls to build a rock-solid foundation for resistance training. We focus on mastering essential mechanics to ensure long-term athletic success and injury prevention. These sessions are kept small (2–6 people) to ensure personalized coaching and safety.
- Focus Areas: Hip hinging mechanics and improving knee stability (reducing excessive frontal plane motion).
- Session 1: June 1 - July 3, Wednesday/Friday 10 AM – 11 AM
- Session 2: July 9 - August 7, Wednesday/Friday 10 AM – 11 AM
