Mike Grisdela, Associate CFO of Henry Ford Health Central Market

Mike Grisdela has been with Henry Ford Jackson Hospital since 2019, serving as Director of Finance. In his new role as Associate CFO of Henry Ford Health’s Central Market, Mike will oversee financial planning, reporting and analysis, cost allocation, benchmarking, capital and operating forecasting, and decision support. Mike also leads the Financial Oversight Committee.

Prior to coming to Henry Ford Health, Mike spent 13 years in healthcare finance with Trinity Health, St. Mary Mercy Hospital, and Lubaway Masten.
