Biographical Statement
Dr. Andrew W. Joseph is a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon, holding double board certifications and subspecialty fellowship training. He possesses extensive experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries for the face, nose, cheeks, eyes, and neck. Dr. Joseph is member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and is board-certified by both the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery.
Dr. Andrew W. Joseph earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Michigan Medical School, where he was awarded the Dean's Merit Scholarship for all four years, a distinction given to a very select few. He then pursued a Master of Public Health degree at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where he was elected to the Delta Omega Public Health Honorary Society for his scholarly achievements. Additionally, Dr. Joseph was honored with the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Global Health Scholarship. Dr. Andrew W. Joseph completed his residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital. During his internship there, he was honored with the surgical subspecialty Intern of the Year Award by the Johns Hopkins Department of Surgery. In his final year of residency, Dr. Joseph's exceptional surgical skills earned him the Frank L. Coulson Jr. Award for Clinical Excellence, a prestigious accolade from the Miller-Coulson Academy of Clinical Excellence at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. After his residency, Dr. Joseph pursued fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Michigan.
