Biographical Statement

Dr. Lehrberg is a general surgeon with fellowship training in breast oncologic surgery practicing in Southeast Michigan. She earned her medical degree from A.T. Still University, School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona, followed by general surgery training at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital. She then completed specialized surgical training in breast oncology at Beaumont Royal Oak. Dr. Lehrberg specializes in treating breast diseases, including benign breast conditions, preventing cancer in high-risk patients, and providing care for those diagnosed with breast cancer.

Care Philosophy

My patients should know that my underlying care philosophy is that a breast cancer diagnosis, while stressful, does not have to define who you are. While everyone’s journey with breast cancer is different, I reassure my patients that this diagnosis is just a bump in the road. Also, I want my patients to know that they are not taking this journey alone, and that my team and I will be with them every step of the way.
