Henry Ford ENHANCE offers management and supervisor consultations.

Our goal is to be pro-active in identifying personal issues that may be impacting an employee’s productivity therefore preventing an escalation to performance issues and/or disciplinary action. The role of the leader is to focus on employee job performance, not diagnosis of personal problems.

How to identify troubled employees, handle behavioral issues, employee problems, and suspected concerns impacting engagement and performance can be discussed confidentially with any one of our Henry Ford ENHANCE counselors who will assist leaders in discerning the best approach for each unique and individual situation.
