This services allows access to resources via a comprehensive website and by talking to highly-trained specialists 24 hours a day/7 days a week, via chat or phone, to help manage life’s challenges.

The website features thousands of resources covering emotional well-being, health and wellness, and workplace issues as well as child care, elder care, adoption, and education. The search feature allows for instant retrieval of relevant articles, tip sheets, tools, legal services, financial services and resources specific to a particular work-life topic. Also available on the website are articles, resource links, calculators, self-assessments, audio and video files, online courses and online seminars.

Accessing WorkLife Services

Employees (and family members) of companies who offer this service through Henry Ford ENHANCE, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) have access 24/7 and may reach an expert work-life consultant by calling toll-free at (855) 492-3637 or send an instant message at LiveConnect by going to the WorkLife Services website and entering their companies unique user ID and password.
