What to Expect During Your Executive Health Physical Exam
We have designed our executive health physical program to offer you an effective, streamlined experience to maximize the value of your visit.
In the weeks prior to your executive health physical exam, you will receive a call from your executive health physician who will supply detailed instructions for how to prepare for your exam. You will also be provided with a pre-appointment survey, which will help us tailor your visit to your unique health goals.

Following your executive health physical exam
Your executive health physician will review your results with you at the end of the visit. In addition, you can review your results in real time in your Henry Ford MyChart account. If you are participating in our optional health coaching, you will also receive instructions for how to enroll in this 12-week program. Finally, we can send a detailed letter to your primary care physician and follow up with you by phone after your executive health exam.
