Disposing of Your Medicine
Discarding medicine safely can prevent medicine misuse.
Henry Ford Discharge Pharmacies are an in-house hospital service that delivers your prescribed medications to your bedside prior to release “home”. Your prescriptions are sent to us electronically by your physician, dispensed in our lobby location, and brought to your room personally by our pharmacy staff. This Discharge Delivery Program ensures that every patient leaves with medications in hand and are able to continue therapy without interruption.
