Program Aims

Our program aims to develop the unique qualities of each individual that we train. We provide the framework for residents to achieve their greatest potential, regardless of their future career. By providing residents a wide breadth of clinical and non-clinical opportunities during their training, they are enabled to stand out amongst their peers in any post-graduate setting. A solid foundation of medical knowledge, clinical acumen and technical skills provides the framework for their training. We encourage development of the more intangible skills in addition to these. Leadership abilities, advanced clinical care and independent decision making are then cultivated as individuals to produce highly effective, diverse and successful practitioners.
