Residents and Fellows are paid on a bi-weekly basis.

Henry Ford St. John Hospital provides a comprehensive benefits program for residents and fellows. Qualified dependents will also be eligible for benefit coverage. Research Opportunities
Presentation Funding
Residents and fellows who have been accepted to provide an oral or poster presentation at a conference may apply for funding up to two trips per year, in the continental United States (i.e. excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Funding for trips to Canada may also be allowed. The presenter must be the principal resident or fellow investigator. Only one trip can be for a case report. Funding will be provided for travel-related expenses and for conference registration. Funding for research travel must be pre-approved by the Program Director and the Director of Research.
Project Funding
Residents can apply for up to $10,000 and fellows can apply for up to $15,000 to support scholarly activity. Funding is awarded after approval by a scientific review committee.
