What types of treatment is offered at Maplegrove Center?

Henry Ford Maplegrove Center offers the full scope of addiction treatment for adults age 18+, including 24-hour residential rehabilitation, detox, medication-assisted treatment, individual and group therapy including virtual appointments, and family support programs. We also offer outpatient treatment for teens. Learn more

Does Maplegrove accept walk-ins for residential treatment?

No. Due to COVID-19, we are accepting new patients for residential care by appointment only. Call us at (248) 661-6100 to arrange for an admission.

How much does treatment cost at Maplegrove?

The cost of treatment may vary depending on your health insurance coverage. Depending on your plan type, you may be responsible for a deductible, co-pay, or co-insurance. Our billing experts can talk with you more about the costs you can expect.

What types of insurance does Maplegrove accept?

Henry Ford Maplegrove Center accepts most major commercial health plans. Our addiction program has been accredited by The Joint Commission and nationally recognized for excellence in addiction treatment by both Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna.  

Maplegrove is unable to accept Medicaid and Medicare for addiction treatment. To find an approved Medicaid or Medicare provider, please call the Customer Service number on the back of your health insurance card or search here.

Can I pay cash for treatment?

Yes. Private pay options are available.

Does Maplegrove accept Medicaid or Medicare?

No. Henry Ford Maplegrove Center is unable to accept Medicare or Medicaid for residential addiction treatment. To find an approved Medicaid or Medicare provider, please call the Customer Service number on the back of your health insurance card or search here.

Are private rooms available?

Yes. Both private and semi-private room options are available. Each room has a private bathroom and shower.

Is smoking allowed at Maplegrove?

No. All Henry Ford Health locations are nicotine-free Zones. Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaporizers, nicotine products (including smokeless tobacco) and lighters are not permitted by patients and visitors.
