Allegiance Family Medicine Practices and Walk-In Clinic Open to Provide Care

Jackson, Michigan - Henry Ford Allegiance Health wants to ensure our community is safe and that all patients have access to the level of care they need in the most appropriate setting.

All Henry Ford Allegiance Family Medicine practices are open during regularly scheduled hours and ready to care for patients.

The Henry Ford Allegiance Walk-in Clinic, located at 1401 W. North St. in Jackson, is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to Noon.

• No appointment is needed. All community members are welcome.
• Henry Ford Allegiance Walk-in Clinic is ideal for non-emergency health needs.

Henry Ford Allegiance Walk-in Clinic is not appropriate for patients experiencing a life-threatening emergency, such as possible heart attack or stroke. Instead, call 9-1-1 to be transported to the Emergency Department. An appointment is needed for vaccinations, sports physicals and annual exams.
