About Me

I specialize in Cardiovascular Imaging, Coronary Disease, Adult Congenital Heart Disease.

Title: Advanced Cardiac Imaging Fellowship, Program Director

Biographical Statement:
In taking care of my patients, I strive to integrate evidence-based clinical information with cardiac testing. I provide the best and optimal care for my patients based on their needs, and focus on making their safety and choice under my care the first priority.

I currently am the Director of Cardiac Ultrasound Laboratory and Nuclear Cardiology Laboratory at Henry Ford Hospital. I also started and advanced the cardiac imaging program four years ago at Henry Ford, and am the Program Director for cardiologists interested in advanced imaging training. My area of expertise is valvular heart disease, cardiac risk assessment, adults with congenital heart disease, and special expertise in all forms of noninvasive heart imaging, such as echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, cardiac CT and cardiac MRI, and cardiac PET.

I have also recently started a Heart Smart Cardiac Screening Program at Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital to help the community understand the risk for heart disease in the future.

I want to assure patients coming to see me that they will receive timely, compassionate, and evidence-based care, and the most balanced recommendation for their cardiovascular health from me. I am focused on the reduction of patient risk by avoiding unnecessary procedures and reducing radiation risk for patients from heart procedures. Choosing the best for my patients is my top priority.
